When I first started this website, my blog and my Newsletter were one and the same. I used this section of my website to write articles, and to share thoughts and content with my fans.
Now that GreenSlugg has grown, I still plan to write a few blog posts here and there as I go, but overall this blog page will be taking a backseat to my Email Newsletter, Medium Profile and other platforms.
This is a good thing! By using multiple platforms, I have a lot more tools to create more content, and a lot of potential to reach a a much wider audience.
For those of you who are interested, please subscribe to my Newsletter, feel free to connect with me on other platforms, and let me know what you think of my content!

Mr. Jao, with all due respect, this is the sort of thing you should be promoting. Promoting groups that call for the death of police (regardless of what disclaimers you make) is wrong. My family matters just as much as any other family.
I am leaving you with two links. One of which will be very critical of your ministry. There is no one who cares more about black people than the police, and for your speakers to spread the lie that Michael Brown was shot in cold blood (he robbed a store, and wa...

If you’re a little confused about what’s going on in Charlotte, North Carolina, allow me to explain: a black cop shot and killed an armed black man, so a bunch of black rioters decided to burn down a black neighborhood and loot black-owned businesses in order to protest racism against black people. Make sense now?

This is a blog written by an IVCF staff worker. I still maintain that it was irresponsible, and it was a betrayal for IVCF to promote an organization that speaks out of both sides of their mouth with regards to violence towards the police. I also maintain that IVCF could have helped the black community, and this behavior is not helpful.
In short, I have not changed my views. It was wrong for IV to do this. This is not a gray area. This is not a matter in which I can "agree to disagree" with ot... Continue reading ...

Ever heard the claim that women make 77 cents on the dollar for the same work as a man? This is what I was told in school. This is what Democratic politicians claim all the time.
Women don't make 77 cents on the dollar for the same work as a man. This is a myth that is rejected by every single economist on the planet.
When economists compare men's earnings with women's earnings, there's a lot that they have to take into account. OVERALL men make more than women.

Personally when I look at the debate that Evolutionists have amongst themselves about Archaeopteryx, I find it both compelling and disturbing.
One will say it's a half-dino half-bird, another will say it's not a dinosaur at all, but instead is a halfway form between a tree-dwelling reptile and a bird, yet another will say that it's much more of a feathered dinosaur than a bird.
Then there are the more recent studies that seem to be confirming that this is a bird. An exotic bird, but still very ... Continue reading ...

Evolution, The Fossil Record, and Archaeopteryx
How the public has been mislead about the nature of the fossil record
I have been wanting to make a video series on some of the so-called "transitional fossils" (i.e. missing links). Most people who believe in Evolution have been lead to believe that the fossil record contains overwhelming evidence for Evolution.
Yet top Paleontologists have said otherwise.
This was the whole point of Stephen J Gould proposing Punctuated Equilibrium.

I recently read an article by world-class economist, Thomas Sowell. In the article Sowell explains that politicians, teachers unions, and others often oppose the rights of black parents to choose which schools to send their children to.
My two-cents on some of this: I've been advocate for school choice ever since originally hearing Thomas Sowell on this issue. Basically public schools are failing black students, but when black parents are allowed to user a voucher program or something similar... Continue reading ...

I saw a meme recently on FaceBook saying that people are so upset about the fact that this guy is protesting, but they aren't upset about why he's protesting.
This was part of my response:
This is what I've gathered about his critics. Now I will say that I am not an expert on this topic. Basically I'm not a sports fan. I'd rather watch a Ted talk than a football game. So pardon me if I do injustice to his critics.
No one is arguing that he doesn't have the right to sit in protest. Of course he d...
